Business Plan
I plan to build a website, and use previous wedding and event planning photos and client reviews to build up clientele. I will begin a more regimented advertising structure. I plan to complete building the trailer to make mobility easier and delivery to clients professional. The trailer will also be used at trade/craft shows as a mobile shop to allow customers to shop my hand made floral décor, and get information on event planning and rental services. I have worked slowly on this dream the past 10 years. Event planning and floral design is my niche and I believe combining these two needs together is a unique business set up. I have 8 years of experience in management of 40+ employees and the same amount of experience in merchandising for retail companies. My event planning and floral design has always been highly regarded and I have only been receiving work through word of mouth. My children are older and need me less now, and I am wanting to grow this business. I am proud of the work I have done so far and can't wait to expand it.

Self Identified Competition
This business' set up is unique and my only competition would be rental services in my area, which I have not had great luck with working with in the past. I believe I can go above the current standards of event rental services that are currently available. I am a certified Wedding and Event Coordinator through Collin College. I believe that combining Event planning, Custom Floral and Décor services, and Event Supply Rental, makes my business close to a one stop shop, with very little overhead. Being mobile and having a pop up shop allows me to attend craft fairs, wedding shows and other networking events.
