Within the next 5 years. I plan to purchase more kitchen equipment and as I now work out of the home and rent food truck and Venus at time. I plan to invest in my own building to use as my catering space and as restaurant. As single owner of Browns Catering along with a full time job my business is growing. I make approximately 15k per year but with an investment I can expand my business I will be able to meet the needs of the demands I have from customers. I can hire a manager to assist and maybe retire from my full time job so I can invest in and continue to grow my business.
