Our mission is to show the corporate world and these young adults that the color of the skin nor the gender of the person is in no way connected to the power of the mind. Ultimately pushing to empower the local youth both socially and intellectually, help them maximize their potential, and improve their quality of life. We are aware of the unique educational and social challenges that our youth community faces on a daily basis and are committed to adapting our organization to meet their needs. Our program objectives include specialized testing and training to ensure we are pushing the youth to their maximum potential in areas they show major competence in. This company too will one day be one of the leading consulting firms in the country, founded by a young, black woman, employed by fully competent individuals who once had a completely different outlook on life after completing out specialized trainings. The next steps we plan to take, will be to establish a scalable process that could be implemented in other communities we're working with. If granted funding, we will be able to grant opportunities to an increased number of underrepresented individuals. With funding we will be sure to tailor our specialized training programs to each individual's needs, and truly grow as a company in size, stature, and revenue.

We also provide many different administrative services that our employees can perform for any company who may be lacking, or simply resort to outside resourcing. As a company we are very well versed, and have many different services we can provide, from clerical work, to professional training and development. As previously mentioned, I do not limit the capabilities of my company as one of the future leading consulting firms, we will be sure to get the job done. As the CEO of a consulting firm, I want my clients to know that I will go above and beyond to put the pieces together for their business to ensure maximum success. As a company, Strategic Management Consultants will be known as one of the leading consulting firms in the country. This will be the image our clients have for us; as well as, my employees. Anyone hired to work for this company will understand how important professionalism is and that we strive to get the job done by any means necessary. As a young business owner, I want people to look past my age and gender and understand that I am one of the strongest leaders in this industry. Within the next five years, we plan to be a fully profitable business with at least 100 client's utilizing our consulting services as well as many different government contracts secured. Community means everything to our founding mission. To know that I can show those around me that the sky is the limit, is definitely something I have always strived to do. Once successful, giving back to my community and teaching our up and coming youth that they can achieve anything is something that I am determined to do. I have been working in my career field for several years now, and I know how it is to be intimidated by the professional world. I have always been a natural leader and simply want to make an impact on anyone I can reach in a positive way.
