In the next 5 years we would like to grow the business by adding 5-10 quality employees, perfecting our services that are offered, and branching out to creating more businesses under J&J Exterior Cleaning. We plan to have this growth by being punctual, professional, providing above standard customer service, and keeping our customers happy with the services provided to them. This funding would shell us greatly to grow our business. We believe that investors should invest in our company because we are a local business, firefighter and family owned and operated, we strive to provide exceeding customer service, and plan to give back to the community as we grow. By being local we make sure that we are giving back to our community and we are involved in the area where our customers are. We are family owned and operated. Family is a big thing for us, by keeping family close and being involved with them. I am also a minority so through that we can set an example to other minorities and show that it is possible to start a business and run it. We believe that the happiness of our customers speak for our service and by investing in us we guarantee that the money provided will be well represented and help us to continue to offer better service. And as we grow we will give back to our community and employees.

Our top three competitors are The pressure Doctor, the Jet Vet, and My Guy Services. All three of these are local pressure washing companies located around Franklin, Indiana. Most have been in business for multiple years except the Jet Vet being in service for almost two years. We believe what makes us different from our competitors is our customer service and that we are family owned and operated. We believe that providing above standard customer service is a big factor. If we keep our customers happy they will tell others about us and above all we want our customers to be satisfied with our work. Also, we work to get in touch with our customers within 24 hours at the absolute maximum. Our customers keep our business running. And then by being local to the area and family ran out customers are talking to the people who will be coming to their houses or buildings. It gives them an added layer of comfort.
