I plan on moving off property’s and placing down my 4th home onto the property. Once the 4th home is set there will be no more new opportunities for that 4 acres. Then I will be looking for more land and more realestate opportunities such as mobile home parks, condos, and apartments. Having a diverse portfolio is something I strive for. I am 23 I started realestate at 20 years old and fell in love. I am a care giver for my 67 year old father as well as working part time. Im working hard now so that I can bare the fruits of my labor and be able to take care of my family. I am trying to make a future for myself and eventually my family and kids. I am determined to succeed seeing how I have over came a lot in my life and haven’t gave up yet. And now there’s more people counting on me just keeps me motivated. In 5-10 year I see myself having a net worth of over 1.5 million. I have a lot of goals for myself that I am very confident in achieving. I try to take care of all my tenants/customers and I always do business as professionally as possible. I take great pride in my corporation and high standards that keep me from failing.

Self Identified Competition
While Florida is a FAST growing realestate state there are still a lot of people looking to rent. There is an older mobile home park that has been around since the early 90’s as well as a trailer park for 5th wheels. While those are the only “big” competitors there are plenty of private landlords, I pull numbers from my surrounding areas what is available and what has been taken off the market to come up with rent so I effectively can give a better price for the package you are getting from me. Although there is competition there aren’t to many places offering what I offer as in a full acre of land completely fenced in with a community pool and pound area. At Lagrand rentals & realestate inc. we take pride in having nature and enjoying Florida while parks only give you enough space to park or in a subdivision where you get a quarter of an acre that your house takes much of. We are all about family animals and nature. Not to many surrounding competitors offer the complementary things that we offer.
