Federal has always paid promptly, I'm able to do what needs to be done in a timely manner. I've proven myself enough to acquire 15 contracts so far with 4 different management companies and they give me every contract that opens up, because I manage get them running smoothly and keep employees in place and loyal for years. My employees are like family and I treat them as such. I help them and pay them sick time, bonuses, and all federal holidays off with pay.

    Jani-king and Service Master are two large national corporations that I have replaced in all 15 contracts. They have provided substandard service quite often, so I was hired to replace them. I'm a female run company that has proven to be reliable and honest. I pay my employees more, I give them bonuses, they get paid federal holidays off, I buy them new cell phones when they break, and I pay for car repairs so they can make it to work. We are a team...I can't do my job without them so I let them know we are 50/50 and how much I appreciate them.
