    In the next 5 years I plan to expand the business in several ways. I plan to build a team and add more employees. I plan to expand my clientele in the salon's current location, with more marketing and participation in local events. I plan to further my education in the industry and provide a more developed and expansive menu. I plan to have launched and continue to distribute a salon product line. I plan to further establish the business' credit. LoveLuxe is an established salon with and experience owner of over 15 years experience. The salon's base clientele has already been established and the business was able to withstand (and relocate) after the Pandemic. Without any loans, payouts, stimulus checks, or debt the salon still stands. With this grant being the business' first "boost", revenue is sure to soar and the salon can become that much more established. I am a very consistent and hardworking owner that was able to endure not only the average obstacles a small business can bring, but a pandemic that in essence destroyed many businesses, just like my own. I still maintained and hope for an opportunity to continue that I WILL NOT squander.

    Considering there are limited salons in the area that specialize in maintenance and coloring natural hair, competitors are few but still present. There is one competitor with a similar service menu with a specialty in natural hair care. There are differences however; my salon has an extended service menu for options not available at the competitors place of business. The competitor is also not interested in adding the service that I have available to the menu. My salon has maintained because of the specialties and expertise we have to offer. The competition is not interested in certain services and chemical processes LoveLuxe Salon already has in place. The competitor is also planning on retirement and to pass the clientele to a new and less experienced employee. I plan on operating as owner and operator for much longer, all while expanding our service options, maintaining relevance, and offering new and emerging techniques, product, and services.
