I would like to be able to expand by business to everywhere is GA. Currently we only service about 4 counties. Right now I need to capital to be able to market in other area while hiring more employees to service those areas as we grow. I also need to capital to be able to have a software program created to manage our properties.

I expect to grow by business within the next year of receiving the capital I need to grow it. I will immediately be able to start marketing in other locations and scouting me employees in those areas to start growing my business. Give that I have already been in business for 2.5 years I am already established so I believe it will only take me a year to grow to a larger scale. Just needing the people and the capital to do so. I know how to run an efficient business, hiring good employee and market an untouchable product. There are over 1,000 property management companies in the state of GA, but I’m the only company that offers a different kind of property management. When I opened my business I wanted to do something that no one else was doing…so that’s what I did. We aren’t your average management company…we don’t do long term rentals bc that’s what everyone else is done. We specialize in STR and MTR rentals.
