My dreams is to open up a bakery or a restaurant in my area. But I also have the desire to be a mobile bakery. One who bakes everything for you and can drive up to parties with multiple dessert items to chose from. Or pop into a vendor to sell my baked goods for everyone to enjoy. I can drive to any location with the equipment I need for all my baked goods. I'm very committed to my craft and what I can accomplish. My drive for my success is endless. The passion I have for my business will always allow me to reach higher lengths. I am determined to keep my business alive and growing through the support of my family and all my customers in my area as well as in other states. I can be kicked down but still get back up and keep going to make sure I know where I am supposed to be, and that is successful! I'd like to expand my business into more then just a storefront. I have other plans in mind for how I'd want my business to grow and strive.

I don't think of them as competitors but as fellow bakers following the craft. They are talented in their own ways as am I. I am different from other bakers in my area due to the love that I have for my creativity. Being a baker you need to have creativity and imagination to accomplish the custommized orders everyone would like. Not be afraid to make your own designs. I love what I do, I love seeing smiles and appreciation from my customers when they see exactly what they asked for from my business and myself. The satisfaction of my customers is what makes my business grow stronger.
