Business Plan
We understand that operating at a loss might be realistic early on. So, we are limiting our expenses to online sales only and operating from our home. We wish to expand to a brick and mortar store one day where we could start a subscription based trading community for things like releases, exclusives and tournaments. The long term goal would be to become or start our own wholesaling business in order to provide our trading company with the highest margins on sales as possible. We are two very realistic individuals that have held a passion in trading card games our entire lives. We both have full time jobs that provide for our families and want to start this business to give our local community with viable and affordable options as well as become a beacon in the trading card community as a trusted source.

Self Identified Competition
Given that we will operate online at first, we will be competing with a number of online retailers. However, the price gouging and hoarding online has gotten out of control. Mark-ups of 100-200% is common so undercutting online competition won't be a challenge. Like I mentioned before, we are passionate. Passionate and responsible. We both focus on master setting card releases as well as building competitive decks. In the last few month, I have even began to sell my excess personal stock online and have netted almost $10,000 without any marketing or advertising. Simply researching prices and posting what I'm willing to release while undercutting my competition. Now, I want to make it a full fledge business.
