  • Business Plan

I plan on growing my business by not limiting myself to just one city to sell my food in and also marketing myself through my businesspages via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I plan on going to other cities in Arkansas as well eventually being able to go to other states to sell. Investors should invest in me because not only is the food that I sell delicious and unique but I also love what I do. I believe BrunchN'Lunch has what it takes to become a brick-and-mortar restaurant and have a chain of restaurants across the country! Most people just cook, I create. I curated my menu based on foods that I grew up learning and making in the kitchen with my grandmother. I took the recipes she perfected and handed down to me and put my spin on them so I can sell the two things I love most, breakfast and southern food. I love breakfast and, being a brunch truck gives me the flexibility to push the boundaries of ordinary breakfast. So not Only will you be investing in me, but you'll also be investing in a dream I've had since I was still that little 6-year-old girl cooking in her grandmother's kitchen.

  • Self Identified Competition

The Avenue restaurant inside of The waters hotel, Eden isjnde of Hotel Hale, and a food truck that serves breakfast called Mr. Wendell's. My business is different from anybody else's because I spent months testing my food before I made a menu. I started by offering people samples, no better way to test what people think about your food than to give it away for free! I would take samples to groceries stores, churches, and parks just to get feedback before I made up a menu. I took that feedback and perfected my menu and it also helped me sharpen up my skills and made me better as a chef. I'm different because I can take people criticisms and improve rather than let them negatively affect me.
