I currently own one property and rent the adjacent property directly across the street. i would use this money to improve the exterior appearance and enclose the pace utilized to house cars which are awaiting restoration and repair. This improvement would add to the beautification and revitalization of the downtown district by creating a newly modernization of an exsisting structure that is currently fifty plus years old with quanzit (green housing) style metal roofing and exsisting rolling chain yard-fencing. Landscaping along with curbside appeal would generate more clientele and offer an incentive for customers to patron local establishments that are within walking distance.
