Business Plan
Usually, the growth of any artist's career from upcoming to mainstream can be seen anywhere between 2-5 years. The best way to achieve this is by being consistent with production, and marketing. In doing so, our company will frequently be able to collect large amounts of data from social media platforms, and streaming platforms. This will allow us to better target the audiences of our clients and grow his fanbase. Our marketing techniques include social media management/marketing, playlist placement, Digital marketing, promotions, publicity, brand partnerships, and more. For our clients, having a consistent fanbase is the key to Monetization. In addition, our company will grow by building/maintaining relationships, staying organized, being consistent, possibly expanding, and hiring more employees. An exceptional artist manager has a valuable network, knowledge about the music business, and a steller professional background in music. All in which I possess. I have been working in the industry for about 4 years. In that period of time, I have managed to intern and work as an employee at the world's largest record company, Universal Music Group. During my time at Universal, I was able to learn about the company's operations in their publishing 101 program. I have made many connections with other music industry professionals that are able to assist my clients. More importantly, I studied Music Business at the only school in the state of Texas that offers Music Business as a major, Texas Southern University. In addition, I have taken over 50+ skill courses on Linkedin Learning and continue to educate myself on all aspects of the music business. I have been active in the music community as a member in the Recording Academy's Grammy U program. Furthermore, I was selected to be a mentee of the Grammy U mentorship program, which has helped with my professional development and understanding of the music business.

Self Identified Competition
Roc Nation Salxco SB Projects My competitors are limited in who they can work with. Their clientele must meet certain criterias and be in a certain financial demographic. Their expenses spent on clientele are much higher as a result. Lastly, they're geographically isolated in certain areas which interferes with their ability to find and work with clients. Counter Culture Management utilizes its ability to work with clients that may not qualify to work with or aren't noticed by other established management companies. Expenses are lower than our competitors. Lastly, the return on investment is higher with our artists due to them not already being established.
