Business Plan
In the next 5 years, we plan to open food trucks to take our brand and items to multiple events, catering, and open additional store in neigboring cities. Our plan it to revitalize small town America with a modern dining experience as well as bring jobs and renovations to the older buildings in the community. This helps the local economies and create jobs for these cities. The grants awarded to my company will be used to make small towns revitalized for the people within and bring people to these wonderful small towns. The towns in which we are looking at are small but they have been in needing a shot in the arm with new ideas and way to bring people back to them. My experience in the pizza business and knowledge of banking makes for a successful business. I have over 8 years experience in the pizza business and a BA in Business Management. I am working towards a dream and have an ideas that will help small businesses and small town communities thrive.

My 3 top competitors are Giannini Restaurant, Pizza Man, and Domino's. The 1st two businesses are local and have been around for many years. They offer pizza, pastas and sandwiches. Only one has a dine in area which is Pizza Man but has no bar. Our product will be a traditional wood-fire pizza and pub bar. Our customers will be able to enjoy in-dining and drinking in a Modern style adult pizzeria. They will be able to order and enjoy their time in the restaurant or bar area. Each customer can order their own pizza with toppings or salads. They will have a choice of local brewery or national favors. We will cater to all customers to make sure they can customize or simple stay at Josephine's Pizza and Pub.
