I really have no competition, I get 9 out of 10 contracts I bid , I stay busy all year around with nothing more then word of mouth and customer based refferals. I take the time to keep the customer a part of the project ,I forsee and mention things as an option through out the length of the project so there is no unforseen costs at the end .I keep the customer involved throughout the whole process which saves me time doing the job once and saves the customer money by doing so.
