I plan to grow my business through advertisement, well made product, and fast turn around times for custom projects. As well as focusing on high volume, lower cost, better margin products. I don't have a niche in the industry, which doesn't keep me from quoting jobs or turning down projects. With that in mind over time I will find my niche in the industry and I will take advantage of that opportunity and capitalize. As a goal oriented individual possessing a strong work ethic and moral character, I eagerly desire a position that will lead to a lasting relationship and career. I strive to learn, develop, and maximize my strengths and skills in order to surpass expectations of project specific and work related responsibilities in order to bring added value and excellence to my company.

Self Identified Competition
There are two competitors within a 20 mile radius, and they are as follows. Machine X Fabrication - Focus of the company is industrial. 1"-4" thick metal. Also, the do custom work. AK Machining- Focus is tighter tolerance machining, such as, Aerospace and Medical. One of the biggest difference's is advertisement. Machine X Fabrication does not have any social media's. AK Machining has only a Facebook. Ensue'd LLC has all 3, with these free forms of advertisement, and quick actions of others sharing from experience, likeness, or just being intrigued, there is no end to new customers quote and job steadiness. Also, I am driven to leave my children some to be proud of, as well as, something more than I was offered.
