Business Plan
In year one and two, we will start by hiring more Virtual Assistants for outbound & inbound calls. This will help provide more leads. More leads mean potential deals to close. After we reach a certain amount of revenue we will hire a Team manager in year three. The manager will help supervise and the Ohio Virtual Assistant. I will work with two more virtual assistant to do outbound calls to the nearby states of Kentucky and Indiana. In this process i Will be networking with other real estate investors, realtors, and developers. By year 5 we will be doing business in all 3 states doing consistent deals of 10 or more. I believe investors should invest in me because I focus on giving back to the community. I believe a way to help the community is providing people with shelter. Shelter is a need for all of us. This is a way for me to give back to the people. I’m a teacher and helper by nature. I know my business has helped all kinds of property owners that desperately needed the extra money. I provided that service by helping them obtain that money in less than 30 days

My top competitors would be other other real estate investors that are more well known and have access to a lot more capital than me. I believe what makes me different from my competitors is that my business is run with integrity and respect. I have met many of my competitors that forget you must always remember business ethics. I have been told multiple times sellers have decided to business with me instead of my competitors just because of the integrity, respect, and assurance I provide. I have done many deals based off of that. With this funding I want to build a larger successful company built off of that integrity. I will make it a culture in the company. Just like chic fil a great satisfaction culture.
