    We are bringing back the "Old School" gas station feel. There will be a gas attendant that will pump your fuel for you, clean your windshield and check the air in your tires all at no additional charge. This added feature will justify the pay for the gas attendant and help increase fuel sales. With the added fuel sales, we will put in a true convenience store with drinks, chips and snacks. We have a good working knowledge of business and running a gas satiation. We have an old school work mentality that will help bring in the older customers and we are young enough to still be in touch with the younger customers. Where our gas station is located, there is only 1 other station and the crime there has gotten so bad that our station is growing faster and faster. We are putting money into our station to get more return on our investment.

  • Self Identified Competition

    There is only 1 gas station within 20 miles of ours. They do not provide the services we do, they only sell fuel and do not have a service station to work on cars, tires etc. We pump the fuel for the customers and are a major fuel brand. The other station is not branded by a major fuel brand. The first major difference is the eye test. Our gas station is noticeably cleaner and more organized. The parking lot is 3 times bigger then our competitors. We sell a major fuel brand were as our competitor does not. We have NO crime in our gas station and there has been several major violent crimes in and immediately around our competitor. We have full time gas attendants that provide a long forgotten service of pumping the customers fuel and cleaning their windshield, checking the air in their tires and even checking their oil.
