The biggest hurdle for the start of snidarich construction is having the money to build this first property. And if I received funding then it would be used to pay for the building materials for our project, as well as any tools or equipment needed along the way. The building cost estimate for the structure alone is $250,000 plus the cost of a lot to build it on.

I plan to build a new rental property starting early 2024, using in house labor I will be able to keep the build costs down substantially allowing me to build a duplex for such a low price. Then in the downtime while we aquire proof of rental income that the bank will require for a loan. I'm going to do contracted work for others until I can get a loan to build another new structure. I hope to repeat that process and begin to scale up, hire workers of my own, until I reach a goal of 2 per year. Snidarich Construction plans to build affordable and energy efficient homes designed to last for centuries. We will be putting solar panels on all of our buildings and keep all our appliances high efficiency electrically powered options. In addition to exceeding insulating requirements to keep energy usage low. We will have car chargers for tenants to charge electric vehicles they have. Giving us a future proof build plan that will have a large positive impact in our society.

Our top competitors are really anybody who builds multifamily dwellings. There is a great many competitors, but we will be achieving a standard market rate, while having a superior product for the price. The buildings we make are going to have a big focus on ease of construction, which is allowing us to invest into the more important parts, like using longer lifespan products in the construction, and using higher efficiency appliances as well as better insulative properties. We have a large focus on making sure that the structure will be very easy to maintain, will last for hundreds of years, and we will continue to be relevant in meeting living standards and will help push residential building into a more environment friendly, sustainable direction. Making everything electric from the start is going to set us up perfectly for the all electric transition we expect soon.
