Start by word of mouth, Facebook market, work as my own employee, contract with car company, hire one employee, focus more on advertising and getting leads while still working, continuing till I can hire another employee and they can cover the marketing or detailing, create classes to teach people how to detail and do a startup. Keep expanding into with a manager to oversee all employees. Have enough money to give employees benefits. Hire another person to specifically market out with the manager for leads, I continue doing the classes and put out fires when the manager can’t handle it. Because fundings the only thing from stopping me from making that plan happen. And I’ll take care of others along the way and be able to give back.

I will be my only competition Customer service is top notch. Sales. Going above and beyond within reason. I’ll teach them how to manage detailing if they’d like to cover their own cars. I’m going to be building relationships and not just clients, so they will recommend and become return customers. I’ll personally talk to people on the street who seem like they have enough money for the luxury of consistently detailing their cars, and leave good impressions where I go.
