Business Plan
I plan to acquire additional routes after the initial success period of 2 years and hire additional employees. I will be purchasing a course to expand the existing routes and I also have plans to potentially purchase some carrier routes as well with some cargo vans after this venture has is stable. I plan to create a large-scale business over time and provide high paying jobs for low/no skill workers while helping to maintain and improve the local community. With the advent of AI there is going to be a huge need for jobs in the service industry that cannot be performed by AI systems. Producing high paying jobs that create disposable income will stimulate the local economies. I have a very high likelihood of a successful venture.

This will be purchasing an established route and the first order of business once this purchase is completed, will be offering a discount to the existing clients if they are willing to lock in their contracts, guaranteeing immediate savings and no inflationary increases. I will offer a 1,3- and 5-year contract option. This will ensure that the clients will be with me at least until the loan is paid. The existing owner will be signing a noncompete agreement as a prerequisite of the closing. Competition in the pool service industry is only created/limited by your own actions. There is no competition if you provide good pool service/customer service. In addition, you are not limited to a specific territory, as you can have with franchises or a brick-and-mortar location – you travel to the customer, so the only limits are those you place on yourself. The pool service industry offers Endless opportunities for a stable and lucrative future. Several different revenue streams are associated with the pool service industry, allowing you to generate even more income. The learning curve is minimal, and the industry is virtually recession-proof While this venture will be a startup, it will be also an established business with proven profitability and known expenses. As stated previously, I have a plan to ensure that there will be no competition for this business, and I plan to give back to the community in the form of providing high paying jobs to individuals that might not otherwise be able to obtain this standard of living.
