    I plan to grow my business by creating goals, providing high quality care to our clients while maintain high morale and encouragement to my caregivers. I plan on using the money also for marketing effort to expose my business and inform the public of Synergy HomeCare. Building relationships with league referral partners is key. I hired a Salesperson who already has relationships with many top referral partners that can bring clients to me. Delivering high quality care I am hoping to get a grant but if an investor can invest in me that would be great. I am an extremely hard worker. I am currently working as an RN and also in this business on my days off from hospital. I believe and know my agency will grow I just need help with this first year. I am the first in my family to go to college and have been through difficult situations as a child. I have what it takes to make this company grow. I do not give up easily and know you won't be disappointed.

    Other HomeCare agencies are my competitors. I am their competition now. We value high quality. All of my caregivers are carefully screened, bonded and insured, we perform background checks, and all caregivers are CPR certified. Reliability is key for my agency. Our caregivers can be relied to be on their assigned shifts, clients in need of care will not be without. Our telephony system will ensure that we know if a caregiver does not arrive to an assigned shift within 10 minutes. Synergy HomeCare has an extensive network throughout the US. With this network comes a collective knowledge and understanding shared by others who are committed to providing the highest quality of care. In addition, our scheduling system allows us to record client's desires and caregivers skill set and traits. We are then able to identify potential conflicts or issues ensuring client and caregiver matched are the best decision.
