Business Plan
Enflight Outreach Services mission is to provide transition services to inmates who are transitioning out of prison by providing them shelter, job resources and connecting them with the community. Enflight is also working to offer free mental health services and community resources to those who can't afford it. Enflght will also be working to fund transition housing for all those that need it by having some built or purchasing and refurbishing a building. I hope in 5 years we will deep in the community providing services. Funders should consider us because we have a passion for prison community and working with them. We will do the best job in getting it done. We are reliable and will not disappoint. This grant will give us the opportunity to work inside the prison and be even more comfortable when they transition out. We have the manpower to give you what you need and we will do it efficiently. The owner has worked with inmates in prison setting and outside in the community.

Self Identified Competition
I am not aware of any competitors for this grant. My business is different because we are going to work with people that not many non profits want to work with. We have a passion for this population and want to see them do well. Whatever the grantors is requesting we will do. This is an opportunity for us to show how well we can get the job done. We are different because we have passion for any work we do.
