Community Outings to places that are above individuals budgets bc they only have funds thru their Social Security pay which we know is not much. Better learning materials and more staff when going in the outing to provide proper care and safety for individuals while on outing in the community.

Locate and find a building to grow the with the business. Hire more staff, to offer the attention needed in providing care for the outing to keep individuals safe. Purchase learning materials to further their education of life skills to properly provide the best care and training to support to these individuals to be independent as they can moving forward in life. Provide staff to encourage the individuals if they want to work at any jobs. Equipment for outdoor activities and funds to go on community outings. I have never asked for any assistance throughout 11 years of services that I provided to these individuals and plan on doing it for my lifetime. I was blessed to be able to support these individuals over the years and know now that I should have reached out for assistance a long time ago bc these special needs individuals are so appreciated of whatever they receive. I feel as though I could really not worry about the bottom dollar anymore and focus on making ISS a services that is full of life experiences. I have always given as a business owner and I want to give to businesses that I feel are really making a difference in individuals lives. So now investors they have an opportunity to do that with this business and making these special needs individuals have more life experiences.

All Little Things Count Above and Beyond Disabilities They have told me that without grants and assistance from individuals giving money, they wouldn’t be open today. I have to start thinking that I’m not ask for my sake but for them and providing only better services moving forward. My program is like a family, if and when they need assistance with whatever, we are there for them.
