Everyday I wake up to numerous emails for invitations to bid projects. I have a few large key contracts secured for the end of this year and next but need to build out the crews in order to be able to complete these projects. These are Apartment complexes that will take a year or more each. When we build up these crews I will need to keep them busy in the future which will require me to hire an estimator or sales rep besides myself to go through all the bid opportunities to ensure that work continues coming in. The company is going through a slow turn due to our last large client not paying the company, but right now we have a contract for over $600,000 that starts in November and another for over $900,000 starting in December. We are on the Vendors list for Taylor Morrison Homes to do Drywall, Painting, Stucco, and trimwork. We have revenue but in our industry when a client stiff us for multiple 10's of thousands, it takes time to go through the legal process to get the money, but in the meantime the employees still need to get paid.

But we focus on quality control, customer service and above all, CLEANLINESS. Construction is messy but we try to eliminate all dust and debris from unwanted areas as best as possible going above and beyond what is expected without any extra cost. For example: Most drywall companies only plastic underneath the patch. We have plastic runners leading from the entry of home leading all the way to all areas of work. And again, instead of just plastic underneath when we sand, we make sure to drape a bubble over the area to help prevent any dust from floating all over the place. Contact any drywall or painting company in the valley and have them sand a repair, I guarantee that they won't put a plastic bubble over the patch as they watch the drywall debris float everywhere with only a percentage falling to the plastic. We are family owned and operated and work 7 Days a week when needed to complete the projects because we understand that or work affects peoples lives.
