To meet a demand for the online sales, I will eventually need to invest in a roll-packing machine to cut the cost of shipping drastically and increase profit margin. Currently, we have been outgrowing our current location which means with future demand; a larger manufacturing facility would be needed for inventory and production which would also allow us to expand product lines. Invest in Sales personnel focused on methods to increase in-person & phone sales as well as participate in various trade shows throughout the year which will drive more traffic and sales to our business. Investing is not just about the business, but the person behind the business. Personally, being driven and resilient comes natural to me as I initially started this family business along side my father at 17. I took my fathers trade craft and turned it into a business by creating and implementing business operations, administration, branding and sales. I have worked not just harder over the years but also smarter to grow this business to what it is today. After just a few years as I was running and managing the company and day to day operations, I took over 100% and switched to a more corporate-like model vs. family operated. I have grown and evolved my business by educating myself with up-to-date online methods to generate more leads and always taking action to further invest and grow my business by making changes when needed and constantly working to improve and evolve business operations. With our new income stream of online sales, e-commerce from our multiple websites will take my company to the next level of creating a high demand for products which will require a larger production. Despite the common challenges that small businesses face, the added unprecedented challenges of these past years only motivated me to keep moving forward and never give up. My goals for this business goes beyond myself and I understand that a huge part of facilitating these goals to increase and manage a higher demand and ultimately increase revenue/profit margin will require funding to achieve this. One of the biggest differences which comes straight from customer feedback over the years has been our quality level of customer service. We have always been praised for customer service in general and compared to our competitors. I hold my company to a high standard of customer service whether its via phone, email or in-person every step of the way. I've had customers spend a bit more with us because of our customer service. We prioritize customer satisfaction and service unlike our competitors. We have elite customers who return to us for every home and yacht they purchase. Customers have preferred to do business with my company after building a relationship with them and providing honest and informative facts. They never feel like we are selling to only sell.
