Funding Usage
As I mentioned before we install solar screens as well as regular half screens , there is a big demand for motorized screens and screened porches as well. Since we are here in Texas mosquitos are notorious out here that's were the screen porches come in . The sun is another major factor in Texas and solar motorized screens are in big demand as well for the shade . Porches require a lot more material that has to be order in advanced and is also a little more costly .But also come with great return ,just need enough money in circulation to continue to get jobs and be able to pay for them . Motorized screens don't require as MUCH material but do in fact involve much more costly material. In order to sell these I need cash up front for purchases before installations , but much like the porches they have great return and are in big demand especially in the summer. Right now my current vehicle for the business is fine but maintenance is part of the life of a work truck . Now both of theses would also require better way of transporting the 15' material , Which require a roof rack for my current truck . As well as a trailer to transport multiple jobs for installation in a day . Which leads me into the next expansion plan. Would like to be more involved with the landscape so the screens and landscape run together for a better curb appeal. So with the remodels we are currently doing and trash from the land scape or porches 2 trailers would be efficient for hailing material to the job site and the other removing junk from the job sites .

Business Plan
I plan to move from just doing window screens , to the porches I discussed which will definitely expand my clientele . As well as expanding into the motorized screens that not only residential use but also many commercial business use . Since we are focusing on improving the homes fro the exterior it would make a lot of sense to transition to also up grading the landscaping. With the multiple trailers removing junk from remodels or landscape but also fall into our expansion .With all improving the exterior of houses . We are a family owned business, from Texas giving back to Texas . Specifically In the DFW area , we would be giving so many houses a better curb appeal which makes neighborhoods much nicer .Which also helps everyone who lives in the DFW .

Universal Screens , KJ Customs were the 2 major do installers in DFW and both of them have transitioned into ONLY manufacturing the Motorized screens We are a family business , we thrive with customer service and making other happy. We are also the whole package as far as screens go , " From big or little we do it all " . We can do everything to help people in DFW be able to stay out side and be more comfortable as well as proud as ever to show off their houses . We will also be making DFW Beautiful as we continue to grow our business.
