Currently I have 2 full time staff members and 2 part time staff members. In order to take my business to the next level, I need double the staffing. Year 1 I will hire an additional 2 staff members, and get them licensed to operate in the insurance field. Year two, we will increase out sales to double what we are currently producing, and by year 5 we will open a second location. Wegner Insurance is the only office who continually donates to the arts in Mendocino county. We were founded on family and community, and continue to demonstrate that to the people around us.
