We intended to increase the hourly wages for our current staff after further on the job training to expand their skills to new areas (such as adding website inventory, preparing orders for shipment, online promotions, etc.), to expand our business to the adjoined basement (doubling our available retail area), and finally to add 3 additional full-time employees to help us run both floors.

In the last section we discussed the use of the funding and how it will enrich the lives of our current employees as well as permit us to offer 3 additional living wage positions to our business as we are centrally located in the middle of the city in one of the top 2 busiest areas along the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. I am a trailblazing woman business owner and an entertainer too. So talking in front of big groups is not difficult to do. I'm witty, I'm funny and confident too. I speak eloquently and will tell a joke or two. I'm the most creative problem solver with drive to get it done. So I know how to speak to people and can still make work fun.

I'm often referred to as a Mr. Rogers Wonder Woman (with a edgy artistic Harley Quinn style). I am extremely dedicated to bolstering my community, helping guide young people in healthy directions and am comfortable on stage or on camera as an actor or model. My crew are proficient, kind-hearted and hard-working with their own intriguing backstories and together we make our area of urban graffiti covered 1900's buildings surrounded by a deciduous rain forest mountain backdrop a more enthralling place to live... and visit.
