Business Plan
Within 5 years we are projecting to open another location in Paducah, KY, which is 45 minutes North of Murray, KY. We also plan to become a resource for students of the homeschool community. We have a projection of a homeschool band beginning in the spring of 2024. We are also an affiliate with Music & Arts instrument rentals for band and orchestra and will be supplying local schools instruments for their band and orchestra students. This affiliation allows our studio students to rent for personal use only and are limited to standard band and orchestra instruments. Cadd Music Studios is an active supporter of the local Special Olymics and has plans to begin a special needs music curriculum in the Fall of 2024. Our growth will always be influenced by what the surrounding communities need are and to be able to meet those needs. Our number one goal in this endeavor is to cultivate a growth of music in our community. I grew up in the community of Murray. I was lucky to have the opportunity of having a musical outlet that lead me to my education with a Masters of Music in Operatic Performance with a secondary study in vocal pedagogy. My ability took me to Europe to sing professionally in Italy, Germany and Belgium. Upon my return to the States I began searching for a more stable environment for my family and had the wonderful opportunity of working in a music studio in Dallas TX. I had the pleasure of managing 3 of those studio locations, teaching and growing the studios to 500 students in 3 years. Currently, our studio has 50 active students with a 96% retention rate over a 9 month span.

As previously mentioned, Cadd Music Studios is the first business in this area that has built a musical "hub" of learning. There are several music stores scattered around the area that has some lesson offerings but not to the level that we are currently at within 9 months of being open. We have actual college Music students from Murray State University and have a wonderful relationship with the College Music Department and Music teachers in the surrounding school systems.
