Business Plan
My plan is to eventually add a food truck so we can go to different locations and offer catering. We will also be available to provide our services to local sporting and community events. We will offer sponsorships to get our name out in the community. Plus utilize social media to the fullest. This would be 1 of only 4-5 restaurants in our entire county, which is directly off Interstate 77. The location I am scouting is beside THE ONLY motel/hotel in our entire county and is directly off of the interstate ramp. I am a woman, my son is a minority, and my spouse is a veteran. Our menu would be suitable for most dietary types.

Self Identified Competition
The only restaurants in our area are Subway, Arbys, and another local diner located appx 15 miles away. None of which offer a menu remotely similar to ours. Our base product will be baked potatoes, French fries, and tater tots. The patron will be able to customize the toppings; in effect making us able to offer gluten free, soy free, dairy free, egg free, etc options. This menus speaks to all ethnicities as potatoes are used in most all of them. It also is fun for all ages!
