    We plan on growing our business by taking on bigger clients and diversifying our services. This will provide us with year round commercial maintenance contracts as well as service and repairs in the HVAC field. We are in talks now with multiple property managers throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson area that are very interested in signing on with us a a primary vendor. With Las Vegas being one of the top growing cities in the US we plan on taking advantage of the growing housing industry by taking on new construction contracts for track homes and custom homes. We also are planning on growing our sales by hiring on a sales manager and creating a sales department dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customers wants and needs. We plan to double or even triple our sales by providing our customers with excellent customer service and exceptional workmanship as well as aggressive competitive pricing. We also plan on expanding to our neighboring states (Arizona and California). As it stands now we do work in Laughlin, NV , and with the Arizona border being the colorado river, we are only 20 minutes away from work in Bullhead City, Arizona. We also want to grow our business to Lake Havasu, Arizona as well as the Phoenix area. Eventually, we plan on growing into the plumbing field as HVAC is seasonal work. We believe with plumbing we will be able to keep our employees busy with year round work in this field as well. This will help carry us over throughout our downtime and provide us wth more growth. We are a newer, hispanic owned, HVAC company with 20+ years of experience. We are hard working, enthusiastic, and dedicated to our business. Our aim for our company is to be upfront, honest, and fair with whoever we do business with. The owners are young and fiery brothers with years of experience as they grew up working in the field with their father. As they grew up they learned good business ethics and plan to keep that ongoing as they grow their business. We want to provide more jobs, and cut out the price gouging that goes on throughout our industry. Our exceptional customer service and excellent workmanship provide us with a growing customer base and will give us a lengthy lifespan. Our Las Vegas valley is growing exponentially and we plan on being a part of the growth for years to come.     Our top 3 competitors are Dr.Cool, A&R, and Bumble Breeze. Dr. Cool and A&R use the home warranty (American Home Shield) platform as their main source of work as do we at this time. Each of us is a top vendor with American Home Shield and acquire most of the service requests from this provider. Bumble Breeze (formerly Vegas Strong) is another strong competitor for us. They are typically called out when a home warranty customer isn't satisfied with another vendor. They have roots in the Las Vegas area and are growing quickly very similar to us. They also have been in this field for around the same amount of time as Air Magic. We are head and shoulders above our competitors in any service we provide. From the moment we answer our phones, to the end of an install, our customers are exceptionally satisfied with us. So much so that it is almost guaranteed that it leads to another lead from word of mouth. We are truly caring people as we believe in this day and age ,with how fast our lives move, we have lost our emotional connection with one another. Whether it's the granmother who lives off of her social security and needs to make payments so she can afford a repair to not be in this excruciating vegas heat, or the middle class family living in our henderson area, we always treat everyone with the same respect, care, and passion.
