Being a start up, we find that we’re wearing multiple hats until we can hire the right expects to help scale our business. The goal is to focus on the following areas: - Continue to research customers: existing customers, but also our potential customers. It’s important to gain insight into our target market and know what their needs are. - Creating a sales funnel using our Toast POS product: by using the system, we are able to analyze ways to move people through the funnel to make a sale. This includes offering a discount and getting their contact information and sending them updates on our business - Focus on not only new customer, but customer retention: by offering loyalty programs, creating relationship through our CRM system so the customer feels special, prioritizing our customers, and building relationships and interacting with customers by utilizing social media and taking advantage of our social media wall decor - Participate in community networking events to build network - Practice social responsibility This business is being built on blood and sweat. We’re taking a leap of faith and with the drive to pursue our dream, even with potential unknown challenges we may encounter, we felt this was our season; we have purpose. When you build a strong foundation, it’s harder to crack. We’ve built our foundation and need financial reserve to help us take our dream for business ownership to the next level.
