Funding Usage
The money is strictly to be used for payroll. We average about $10500 in payroll bi-weekly. With the current information we have, it should take us about 5 months to get to where we need to be to break-even and build from there. We had so many disappointments along the way and it has greatly affected our bottom line. We are at risk of losing everything. The business was started by my mom, sister and myself. We saved up some money and based on our initial calculations we believed ourselves ready to take this on. We hit a lot of bumps on the way and have basically run out of cash. We have built a great oiled machine ready to take Richmond by storm. But at this point we fear that what we have been building since 2021 may all just become memory and it hurts because we are really at the verge of a break through a just need a push to make it to the finish line. Please help us! We are a great employer. We currently have 3 full-time employees and the rest are part-time. We really need help to get over this hump. It will be bright on the other side and we will provide many jobs to the residents of the city of Richmond and beyond.

Business Plan
we provide skilled services in the homes of our clients. This includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and skilled nursing. We plan to have a lot of horizontal growth in the next 5 years. We currently have 7 active patients. In 5 years we hope to have 100. We are equally licensed for other skills like intravenous therapy, prenatal therapy, pediatrics and speech therapy. Once we become stable enough we plan to get into each of these factions in a slow a steady process which will constitute vertical growth. We are building something that will last a lifetime. The business is focused on building the right structure and culture first, that will produce quality service and quality service only. We are building a great team of professionals who absolutely love what they do and want to do it the right way. The combination of know-how, passion, tenacity, compliance, grit, great attention to detail, great character and the love for one's job can only bring you good news in healthcare.
