I would also like to set up a Respite program for Caregivers who are burnt out. I would like to hire professionals to legally advise my business professionally on legal issues I may encounter. I would like to pay competitive wages as my compensation in the area pays their employees well. And last but not least I would like to purchase a vehicle to transport the HOME CARE workers from one place to the next. NBC HOME CARE AGENCY should be funded because we are an agency that is doing non medical home care in Union County New Jersey. We are helping home bound patients improve their quality of life without having to be hospitalized or live in a nursing home. It have be proven that staying in your home as a senior or a disabled person one heals much faster and can possibly live a longer life.

My 3 competitors are companies that are bigger and have the financial to employ more workers and offer more incentives. They have have the ability to hire all the Home Care workers in the area as they can offer incentives. They are Primer Home Care, Bayada and JCC. NBC HOME CARE is different from the competitors as the leadership are all Care Managers which is able to link the client to more services in the community. Such as Medicaid and local transportation.
