Buying inventory that does not need too much invested in repairs and sell at a fair price to attract customers and maximize profits. Invest in advertising and keep inventory moving. Will also use free advertising platforms such as Facebook, Craig's list and others to get more exposure. Once I grow out of the lot I am currently in, I am planning to buy an empty lot to stay on the more affordable side and keep growing. I currently made a deal with a local mechanic so he can work on cars that need repaired at a good price and prioritize my inventory. I will hire my own mechanic and shop hand when my inventory grows to help keep repair costs down as well. I am very driven and have been planning and saving to open up this lot for years. I am putting my heart and soul into this business and will stop at nothing to make it succeed. My family and the business are everything to me. I want to get to a point where I can help my community in ways that I have not been able to help before. Whether it's with donations, giveaways, etc. without it hurting the business.

Self Identified Competition
GMS Motors - used car dealer on the other side of town, owned and operated by a friend of mine. He has been helping me on the start up of my own lot and has agreed to help me on anything I need to keep the business flowing. Has offered to even help me transport inventory from time to time. Marmie Motors - Has been around for years, it's the biggest dealer in town but they specialize in new cars. Their used car inventory is small, way over priced and don't see them as much of a competitor. Angel Auto Sales - Used car dealer on the other side of town. Has also been in business for about 10 years but his lot has reached its capacity and does not seem to be interested in growing further as he owns other types of businesses. My business is located in a locale where other business will be conducted as well. I am renting the lot and an office space in the building but there will also be a barber shop, a beauty salon, a CPR trainer, a boutique as well as a veteran health clinic on site. I will acquire inventory that will interest the public as well as the customer base that will be trafficking the locale. Offer deals amongst the customers that attend the locale to attract more sales as well.
