Funding Usage

The Ashtray have plans to pay off any loans within the first year! We ate the Ashtray have plans to continue marketing and go out into the public in areas that attract cigars! In year two we plan to invest in a mobile humidor to be able to reach a bigger audience and in a creative way! Between year 3 and 5, we plan to expand and explore more options in getting a standalone building! In year 5 we plan on looking to expand into a different city and grow our business in that particular area and plan on running the same plan while adapting to present time. The Ashtray will attract all types of people that include business men and women with class all the way down to everyday people! With the plan we have in place, the help with this investment will bring people from different areas in a friendly environment! The cigar industry is a $4 billion dollar growing business and shows no signs of slowing down.

Self Identified Competition
Churchills on Cherry is our top competitor that are missing a few focal points that they missed and we intend to fix them. Churchills have a similar idea that we have and we intend to top what they do while fixing a first class problem. Our next competitor is here in the City of Warner Robins and they are called Delta 8. They are not as big as threat as Churchills being that the sell cbd and all types of smoking necessities! We have an edge on Delta 8 with simply fixing the seating and furnishing problems. The least treat of all is Fellaship in Atlanta Ga. We are bringing a first class , upscale experience to Warner Robins for a change! Cigar lover will no longer have to go to Macon or Atlanta for a first class experience. Having first class Cigar lounge in the City or Warner Robins where the the is constantly moving gives us the edge. Having a first class experience and fixing all the problems they other competitors missed gives us an extra edge. Having a beautiful walk in humidor with military discounts and separate accounts for our first responders in the city helps us to show the community we care and to show them we appreciate what they do, with doing so, it will separate us from the other competitors.
