I hope tonopen several modular home communities for adults only as well as families. I believe there is a large need for affordable housing for families and our elderly as well. Being a modular home licensed seller I believe I can get homes at wholesale and have rentals as well as homes for sale in the future.

Self Identified Competition
There is not another park for approx 10 miles. None within the same area of this location. I believe my desire to supply affordable housing is bigger than others that have large corporations that have a large over head. I have almost no over head at the present time. I do have knowledge of what affordable housing needs are, I have been and hourly employee all my life while raising my family.
