Funding Usage
We are seeking $50000.00 in grant money to pay for a fully functioning website, and funnel advertising to generate sales. Some money would be spent on a fully integrated inventory software/hardware program, along with a single POS (point of sale) terminal to be used for every sale. Some of the money would also be used for uniforms for the companies 2 employees (shirts, hats), along with logo embroidery. Also, a storage facility will be required to store all merchandise, at this early stage a local storage unit facility will suffice, with a monthly recurring fee.

Business Plan
Once we can secure enough funding to take our company to the next level, where it has all the necessary items to operate (website, marketing, funnel networks, supplies, and storage), we want to integrate our mission of donating into local churches in the Henderson Nevada area by offering our merchandise to them, so they will be able to send approved benevolence requests to us so we can facilitate the merchandise and deliver it to either the church for them to distribute, or we will deliver directly. Through showing up to church events and being associated with multiple churches, and State programs for those in need of basic necessities (both non-profit aspects of our company) , we believe our company will grow on the "for-profit" side of the business from the exposure we get by donating our services to the community we serve. Small advertising budgets will be set aside to help stimulate sales as well. We believe investors will find that what we are attempting to do is much needed in the world today. A company that is "mission-minded" (wanting to help those in need within our local community), while at the same time growing our "for-profit" side of the business as a result of serving the community. We truly believe that our company will be blessed, and not only thrive financially in the long run, but it will also be providing a service by helping others. This business model has worked for other companies, such as a famous shoe company that started out by donating 1 pair of shoes to a third-world family for every pair sold in the U.S. Or another company that plants a tree for every sale they make, giving back to help the environment. We at JKNM Products USA believe that a company can be a "for-profit" company and grow, while at the same time serving a greater good in the process.

Self Identified Competition
I am not aware of another company, locally, that does what we are attempting to do, in any capacity. Most companies start their business with the dream of cashing in and increasing their bottom line, then (maybe) they might integrate some form of philanthropy into their business model after they become successful. Our business plan is to start with the philanthropy in mind at the same time as growing the "for-profit" portion of our business. we want each half of our company to prosper at the same time, one half giving to the community as it needs, and gaining a loyal base of customers that purchase our products to help support our mission.
