- We plan on paying off all outstanding debts to re-open material accounts and once in good standing, utilize the tools our vendors offer us to assist in the sales of roofs. - Invest in leads using our Online Ratings and credibility. - Once in a clean slate, we are open to Staff Growth and potential hiring of Sales Representatives and Crew Managers. - With our years in business now, we have the availability to work with Financing Companies that required "X" years in business to offer our customers financing. We will now be able to apply with them, once in good standing so that we may offer our customers financing options. - As per our new location allows, we have a show room that allows us to bring in more customers to view samples and have open discussions about their roofs as well as viewing pictures. - Our goal is to use this aid to convert ourselves in a 7-figure company within the next 5 years. - We are a Family-Run business always eager to learn and continuously study both Manufacturer's specifications as well as our Local Regulations and standards so as to abide by both and give Homeowner's long-lasting products correctly installed. - In our community, though we are not currently able to offer large-scale donations, we do offer with our personal time and existing tools such as: Free roof cleanings to Veteran's throughout our community, as well as sponsoring local soccer teams through the Rec Center. - We have excellent ratings from every customer we have ever interacted with. - The top ranked roofing companies in our area only install GAF Products. While we can also install GAF products, we personally prefer CertainTeed Manufacture due to a higher quality of shingles. - These top ranked companies are also from Out of our County, not original locals and have "chain" companies, not just operating locally. - We will never take on a job we are not able to supervise entirely just to benefit financially and potentially affect a customer. We have maintained small according to the work we have been able to take-on only. - We do not have a contract with Manufacturer's preventing us from installing other shingles. We are able to install as per our recommendations but also taking homeowner's opinions and decisions into account. - We are not strictly Asphalt shingle only; We also install all types of Metal roofing as well as Flat roofing products and Tile roofing as well. - We have great relationship with Velux skylight Manufacturer installers, the top skylight on current available market. - We have been called to assess leak damage and have found non-compliant installations and procedures taken by other companies due to carelessness and/or lack of studying updated installation standards by both manufacturers and local building codes. We understand that these terms may be updated and for that reason we update ourselves consistently. - We stay consistent throughout each and every project whether it be a small repair or a full replacement, we do not try to take on more jobs than we can correctly supervise.
