My plans are to open several Adult Day Programs (ADT) which will also provide job opportunities for the clients and for more employees. I would also like to expand my employee roster and allow for more opportunities to service the clients in the community. By me being given this opportunity it will also open doors and opportunities to the community. I hire, guide and mentor a lot of youth as well as provide housing to them, where I also pay their living expenses as well as a weekly salary. This helps provide support and keeps them busy and out of trouble.
