Business Plan
We plan to expand and diversify our "fleet" of luxury golf cars. Currently, we have electric golf cars but we would like to get a few gas golf cars as has been requested by a few potential customers. The addition of a part time employee will allow us to increase our footprint more efficiently (currently, we have delivered from Port St. Lucie to Plantation). Presently, we are exploring and working on agreements with individuals who have Air BNB property for guests who could use our carts as an additional amenity for rental. We would like to have a fleet of 20 golf cars within 5 years and potentially a store front. We also have plans to venture into electric bikes and scooters. There is tremendous potential for this business to be very profitable and beneficial to the area. When I moved to Pompano Beach in 2021 and started the business in May of 2022, I was surprised to see how few options were available for renting golf carts near the beach. Further, there was not a "luxury" niche in the area. With so many tourists and residents near the beach, a golf car is a fun way to explore all the shops, restaurants and beach spots along A1A. This will be beneficial to the businesses around Atlantic Blvd and A1A as customers are likely to stay local due to the range and low speed of the golf cars which will increase their concentration on what local businesses have to offer.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 3 competitors are Ocean Golf Car Rental in Lauderdale by the Sea, Gorilla golf cars, and Pompano Golf car rental. Ocean is a strong competitor as they have a fleet of 20 golf carts and I often refer business to them when I can't meet a customers need. Their carts a good but not of a luxury quality. Gorilla golf cars has been in operation but again not of a "luxury" tier. Pompano Golf cart rental has a lot of options for rental and appears to have a large fleet. What makes us different from our competitors is that we have chosen top tier brands and golf carts to provide a luxury feel for the rental experience. Every one of our customers has had a positive experience and we have not had any negative feedback. Further, not all of our competitor will deliver as far as we are willing to go. Our preferred range is Delray Beach to Hollywood but would prefer to serve our local customers and beyond by having a travel fleet and local fleet.
