Mia’s eyelash boutique 82247854 | Government Grant Application

Mia’s eyelash boutique | Application Preview

Mia's Eyelash Boutique is seeking government grants to expand its operations by purchasing new equipment and hiring additional staff. The beauty industry is evolving, and there's a growing demand for flexible job opportunities. Many potential employees, particularly those who find traditional 9-5 jobs challenging, are eager to work for Mia's Boutique, but current limitations in space and funding prevent hiring.

The business has been dedicated to creating a supportive work environment since its inception in 2017, with a strong focus on dignity and inclusion. The application emphasizes that investing in this boutique will benefit the community, as the business prioritizes continued education for its staff and aims to franchise in the future.

In terms of competition, Mia's believes there is enough market space for everyone and often collaborates with neighboring businesses. The boutique stands out by offering its own brand of animal cruelty-free lashes, aligning with its values of acceptance and inclusion. They do not carry mink lashes but will accept them if clients bring their own, focusing on client choice rather than imposing beliefs. Approving the funding would empower Mia's to grow and make a significant impact in the beauty industry.

  • Business Plan

We plan to expand because the beauty industry is evolving, with that said we believe in our platform we have women and men ask to work for us all the time we don’t have the space or money to hire them all. The desperate voice on the other line I’m Go familiar with. People who in society who are deemed inconvenient to hire are the best workers why should the health of our children or parents cripple us financially. I want to open more storefronts with our business motto. One out of 69 kids are born with autism, being open since 2017 I have had more than 400 people who wanted to work for us because they can’t work the 9-5 hours. Workers who are at ease produce better service, workers who are happy work harder, workers who every other beauty salon to that said no to our my best workers. Our business is about dignity. Invest in is because we are always taking continue education classes. Invest in a business although small makes a difference on their community. Invest in us because with the right funding we know we can franchise out our little business in others locations and states also.

  • Self Identified Competition

In beauty I feel like there is enough business for everyone. When my lash tech have emergencies we refer our clients out to neighboring businesses that we trust and those neighboring businesses do the same for us. We are different because we brand our own animal cruelty lashes, we believe beauty should not be at the expense of animals lives, we do not carry mink eyelashes because we would never go out to eat a mink steak, however if clients bring in their own mink lashes from another vendor and book a service with us we will accept them, because we don’t believe in pushing our beliefs on others. We are about acceptance and inclusion.
