Varsity Jet ski rental | Application Preview
Varsity Jet Ski Rental is seeking government grant funding to establish a new location and expand its operations following a recent setback after relocating to Florida. The owner incurred significant expenses during the move, prompting a return to Nevada.
The primary focus of the business plan is to invest in additional jet skis and enhance customer experiences to build loyalty. The owner plans to explore new opportunities and mitigate risks while networking within the industry.
The owner emphasizes determination rather than entitlement for the funding, expressing a commitment to making the business successful. The venture was initially started to make ends meet during the pandemic and has persisted despite challenges. The desire to succeed in Nevada stems from a belief in the potential for growth in a familiar market.
In terms of competition, the business faces rivals such as Lake Mead Jet Ski Rentals, Las Vegas Boat and Jet Ski Rental, and Jet Ski Adventure Rental. Varsity Jet Ski Rental distinguishes itself by being a genuine family-run operation, prioritizing customer care and aiming to address common industry shortcomings based on previous rental experiences.

Funding Usage
I would use this grant to hopefully open up a location and expand. I had a lot of expenses because I moved the business down to Fl and it didnt work out, so I had to move it back to NV

Business Plan
First I need to buy more jet skis. I would focus on customer experiences and retention. Seek opportunities and lower risks factors. Networking. Im bot gonna say that I deserve it. This is something Im working for. Something to give my family owning your own business comes with a lot of pressure, but also with a lot of reward. I stared this business as a way to make end meet during the pandemic and kept it going. Moved to Florida searching for more opportunities for the business but unfortunately ended up moving the business back to NV you because the expenses were just too much for an underdog. I would love to have the opportunity once again to be able to take my business where I know I could succeed.
