I have alot of knowledge in this sense i was the person managing the salon in coral gables fl. The women that have worked with us have been there since we opened and thats what i want to create in my salon. Having more women work and have independence and not have to live of the government. With our salon they will have the flexibility to be able to take care of there family specially there children. Being a hairstylist gave me the opportunity to be there as a single mom for my children and i also want this for the women that work with me. Becaui will bring a salon for women and also men with affordable prices a a family athmosphere. As i left Florida I still have my clients call me and say how much they miss not only my work but also the caring part within me. The employees there are also part of my family and i feel that we need more places for women to work where they also have flexibility to be able to be with there children. Our kids now a days live in daycares or at home alone and this why we are having so many issues with our children.

Other salons That i have been able to maintain a clientel who love to visit the salon not only for there hair need but also for the family atmosphere we have given them and I believe that this bieng my salon i will do my best to provide my employees and a safe environment and also be able to care for there family. Most employers don't understand the need we women have to not only work but to care for our family. This is the reason for wich employees stay working with me since i give them the chance to grow without abandoning the children.
