Funding Usage
I would like to buy around 4-5 acres in Berkeley Springs area to build a sustainable and green business building (small one room and a small Amish style shed with full bathroom/glamping with shower & incinerating toilet around 500 sq ft) and a small home around 1,500 sq ft. that can have solar power and work without septic. I would like to have a well dug and have access to electric but I'd like to have it run as much as possible on solar. I would love to keep the grounds as much nature as possible. I would love to be close to a natural water source and near the state park if possible. I am also considering having retreats for yoga and health improvement on the land in a glamping atmosphere.

Business Plan
I would love to increase my business by reaching more people through creating retreats and bringing more people to the Berkeley Springs and West Virginia area. I'd love to help people, especially women get more grounding to being outdoors. I will still do my other personal one on one with individuals to get to their best health. I have several patients already in the area and have been getting more request from new people each month that already travel to see me in Maryland but I'd love to be able to help them out in Berkeley Springs. I also am getting the Upledger Institute to come to Cacapon State Park to teach Craniosacral therapy, me as a teaching assistant, for the massage therapists already working there and to be a study group leader for them. I'm a medically retired firefighter that was also a scout master and have been able to use this to my advantage in the field I'm in now. After a career ending injury in the fire department I've been able to revamp my life to help others to not let stress cause health issues in the future. I love to empower others to take control of their health and love to lead them to wellness and help them to encourage others in their lives as well.

Self Identified Competition
I haven't seen any competitors since I would love see anyone do what I'm doing also succeed and we could work together and create more great adventures. Although I am very resourceful from knowing so much about emergency medical, fire department training, powers tools and other mechanically inclined devices from always working with my dad and my career history. It is an unusual mix to helping others to find peace and wellness I have huge success with my patients, allow them to make choices to change their lives and health, avoiding surgeries and keeping them from returning to their old lifestyles of chronic illness and pain. I know they would love to provide me with references if it would help me to get to Berkeley Springs faster. I have one sending me listings of properties everyday.
