Business Plan
We would love to implement a marketing plan so that we can reach more people in our area. The bar and restaurant business is constantly changing, so keeping up with the latest and greatest trends when it comes to cocktails and craft beers. We are a family owned business. It has always been my father’s dream to own a bar and a little over 4 years ago, he finally made that dream a reality. But things did not go the way we expected them to go and it has been a struggle since day 1. Whether it be the road construction that shut down our street for months or being completely shut down because of COVID, it seems like we never really had an opportunity to show everyone how amazing our establishment really is.

Self Identified Competition
The Library Hot Shots Blue Diamond Sports Bar and Grill We are a 3 generation military family, grandpa was in the Army and my father and brother were in the Navy. My father came up with the name 21 Taps because of the 21 Gun Salute and really wanted to showcase our family’s involvement in the military. We have an entire wall dedicated to the military.
