Eagleye LLC | Application Preview
Eagleye LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its community-focused craft workshop by relocating from a garage to a more accessible building. The funding will be used to create a comfortable space for students and customers, upgrade essential equipment for faster production, and acquire additional tools like computers and engravers, along with improved software.
The business plan highlights the potential for community engagement, stating that once the new facility is operational, there will be a strong influx of students, customers, and volunteers. The workshop aims to serve diverse community needs, providing growth opportunities for children, respite for parents, and hobbies for retirees. Over time, new instructors will introduce trades, fostering innovation and essential life skills.
The funding request emphasizes the need for financial backing to bring these ideas to fruition, focusing on investing in the community's future and unlocking creative potential in individuals. The founder believes there is a unique opportunity in the market, as although there may be similar schools, none fully address the community's needs.
Eagleye LLC possesses a competitive edge through its founder's extensive experience across various fields, including running multiple businesses, coaching, and hands-on expertise with diverse tools and software. This multifaceted background positions the workshop to offer a rich learning environment, setting it apart from potential competitors.

Funding Usage
I'm looking to bring the community together with a craft workshop. I would like to relocate from my garage into a building where customers and students would be more comfortable coming to. I'd also like to update some of my equipment for quicker production, as well as acquire more of some equipment like computers and engravers, and get better software for students to access easier.

Business Plan
Once I have a fully operational facility outside of my garage, I will have students, customers, and volunteers lined up. Word of mouth will help grow significantly in our Eastside community. Kids need to grow, parents need breaks, retirees need hobbies, this workshop provides all 3, and more for growth as new instructors are brought in to teach trades over time. This workshop would create much more solid innovation and provides life skills to anyone. I need financial investors in me so that I can bring some ideas to life for the community. I want to invest it into our future, our youth, our neighborhoods. Open up the side of creativity and troubleshooting in the brain to unlock one's true innovative spirit. I offer a variety of crafts and life skills I learned on the way to where I am, and I am ready to pass that knowledge off and help the next generations grow. I can't afford to do it on my own, and I don't know anyone with that kind of money.

Self Identified Competition
I don't believe there are competitors to this. Maybe there are similar schools, but there needs to be more. I have a proven track record in the working industry and am well versed in many fields. I can do the work of multiple people; I've built websites, designed logos, operate various equipment and tools daily, navigate through various software, operate 2 businesses and still manage to coach football and am very family oriented.
