Funding Usage
I would use the grant funds to purchase a property to operate my music instruction and life coaching for personal development business. With that amount I could keep a monthly mortgage low enough to operate efficiently.

Business Plan
If I am able to purchase a larger property I will have small groups and teach unlimited music programs for early childhood and music appreciation for adults. My life coaching can also benefit small groups as I work with young people struggling to decide their next step after high school graduation and people recovering from addiction. I want to continue to offer my services to benefit our community. I want to inspire my students and clients to reach for their passion and highest potential. I need to make a living but my biggest satisfaction is watching my student succeed. Many times they enter my studio with the weight of the world on their shoulders but leave feeling inspired and stronger.

Self Identified Competition
There are several music studios and coaching services in the area but I am unique. I am unaware of any true competitors. There are several music studios and coaching services in the area but I am unique. Someone may only want music lessons and they will get quality individualized lessons tailored for their needs. They may wish to be a high level musician performing for national piano guild and proceed with a college degree in music or maybe it is an outlet to cope with high stress levels. As a coaching business I can incorporate music if a client desires it as an approach to stress management. The two aspects of my business can work together or separately.
