ACR Cooling and heating ROC342859 | Government Grant Application

ACR Cooling and heating | Application Preview

ACR Cooling and Heating is seeking government grants to invest in A/C equipment and parts, focusing primarily on new installations. The funding will also cover costs associated with crane service and installation, essential for maintaining equipment at a charter school and an adult daycare facility, where prompt service is critical.

The business plan includes hiring an additional technician and acquiring a service van to expand capacity and attract new customers. By increasing staff, ACR aims to take on more accounts and grow the business.

The applicant emphasizes their commitment to service over profit, citing their experience during the COVID-19 pandemic at John C. Lincoln Hospital and their work with charter schools. This dedication reflects a priority on improving air quality for clients rather than merely increasing revenue.

In a competitive HVAC industry in Arizona, ACR Cooling and Heating distinguishes itself through honesty and a commitment to quality work. The owner prioritizes customer satisfaction and believes that the funding will enhance the company’s strength and facilitate growth.

  • Funding Usage

all the funds will be used on A/C equipment and parts. but most of will be used on equipment for new installs. A/C units are very expensive and having a charter school and a adult day care i have to provide with fast service and in case of a need of replament or repair have to buy equipment and cover the cost of crane and service to install the units.

  • Business Plan

am planning to extended on adding help by hiring another technician and buying a service van and more equipment to be able to expand the bossiness with new customers. by adding more people to the company i will be able to add new accounts. I being working in John c Lincoln hospital at the time covid hit. I been working in providing service on charter schools and helping with providing better quality air for the kids and now with this new account in Adult care facilities that will tell you that my company priority is on helping and not only making money. you can be sure that all the used of the grant will be used in making the company stronger and will help the company grow.

  • Self Identified Competition

being in the HVAC bossiness and providing service in Arizona there's multiple competitors, the difference is that most of the companies are there to make as much money as possible without providing honest and quality work. honestly and taking pride on my work. i had multiple chances of just providing service with a mentality of making money but my priority is to know that apart of making a profit i can go home knowing i did help as much as possible. and all my customers can confirm that.
